SENIOR SCHOOL

YEAR TEN

Year 10 builds on Middle School foundations in preparing students for Year 11 & 12 courses. The following specialist subjects are available to supplement the English, Science, Society and Environment and Mathematics that form the core of the curriculum:

Drama, Computing, Food & Nutrition, Outdoor Education, French, Fashion and Design, Materials Design and Technology (Wood), Materials Design and Technology (Metal), Art, Environmental Studies, Child Care and Music.

YEAR ELEVEN AND TWELVE

As you consider your future, it is the perfect time to dream. Dream of what you want to be; the kind of life you want to build. Believe in that dream. Be prepared to work for it by studying.

Maranatha offers the opportunity to choose both TEE and Non-TEE subjects at Year 11 and 12 level.

The College has a well-qualified committed team who are ready to help you choose appropriate courses. All students participate in Sport and Recreation, Bible and Christian Studies and Community Service. Traineeships are also available through Maranatha and the Kwinana Industries Education Partnership.

There are also extra-curricular activities offered from one-off events to annual excursions. University entrance and TAFE entrance requirements as well as full subject descriptions are included in our Year 11 Handbook (available from the College). Careers guidance advice is also available.
