COMPUTING

Maranatha has a strong commitment to ensuring all of our students are able to function effectively as consumers of information technology in an increasingly technological society. Every classroom is equipped with at least one computer with appropriate software, as well as our computer-dedicated classroom. In addition to our computer-dedicated classroom, the College has three laptop trolleys which can be taken into any class, instantly providing a computer for each student in that class. All of our computers are networked and have teacher-controlled access to the World Wide Web.

On top of this, our Senior School now features a Digital Media course which studies the construction and impacts of digital media products on our society. Overall, practical experience with a balanced, wide range of software and applications is fundamental to our Computing program.
